- International orders: 7–21 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any applicable customs duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided through email, SMS, or your courier service, if available.
Delayed or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and products.
